Alfredo Sauce : A classic white sauce with sautéed garlic, olive oil, light cream, whole milk, and cheeses.
Meat Sauce: A thick sauce made with our marinara, ground vegetables, and 85% lean ground beef.
Pink Sauce : A specialty sauce with pancetta (Italian bacon), mushrooms, tomato sauce, and a dash of light cream.
Puttanesca Sauce : A sautée of red and green peppers, capers, and olives, all simmered with our marinara sauce. Traditionally a red sauce but we also offer a cream or oil base. Tangy, not spicy.
Carbonara Sauce : Sautéed smoked pancetta (Italian bacon) light cream, eggs, cheese and black pepper cooked together with pasta. Rich and hearty.
Tomato Mushroom/Alfredo Mushroom : Sautéed mushrooms, garlic and olive oil in a delicious tomato or cream sauce.
Tomato Pesto/Alfredo Pesto : A blend of our red (marinara) or white (alfredo) sauce with Pesto.
All’Arrabiata: Red hot and Spicy! sautéed garlic and red pepper flakes in our marinara sauce.
Pesto Sauce: Fresh basil leaves, pine nuts, walnuts, garlic, pure olive oil, and romano cheese blended together for a terrific aromatic green sauce.
NorthEast Sauce : Sautéed artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers and garlic with your choice of a red, white or oil & garlic sauce. Available with Grilled Chicken, Scallops and or Shrimp, it is served over your favorite pasta or ravioli.

Minestrone : Made 100% with fresh vegetables that you love, roman beans and ditalini pasta, this hearty Italian soup is a complete and healthy Vegetarian meal.
Pasta e Fagioli : We take the simple roman bean, fresh vegetables, our homemade pork base and transform it into a creamy, tasty, rich and nutritious soup.

Veal Parmigiana : Real veal top round, breaded, fried to a golden crisp, topped with marinara and melted mozzarella cheese.
Chicken Parmigiana : Everyone’s favorite! Chicken cutlet fried to a golden crisp, topped with marinara and melted mozzarella cheese.
Grilled Chicken : On the lighter side, marinated in fresh herbs, garlic & wine this tender chicken breast is grilled to perfection. Served plain or with sauce and melted mozzarella cheese.
Meat Lasagna : Layers of hearty meat sauce and beschamel sauce with romano cheese on fresh homemeade egg pasta, which makes all the difference!
Vegetable Lasagna : No meat! Just a medley of fresh mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, celery, onion & garlic sautéed and layered on fresh pasta with marinara and beschamel sauces and fresh romano cheese.
Stuffed Shells : Ricotta lovers! Seasoned smooth ricotta cheese with light herbs and cheeses filled in a pasta shell will certainly satisfy.
Eggplant Parmigiana : From-scratch, fresh eggplant, deep fried to golden crispiness then layered with marinara sauce and fresh pecorino romano cheese…vegetarian delight.
